All parts are allowed to exist here simultaneously, the healed, unhealed, light, shadow, curious and playful, insightful and creative. Demeter connecting with me from The Goddess Oracle was confirmation I am on the right path connecting to my inner wisdom and allowing all parts of myself and emotions to be felt, seen and expressed. I hope you too allow for the icky sticky panikity snikity parts of you to be expressed and not suppressed.
